PDFs and signature images you upload are processed in memory to perform the requested operation and are not written to disk or retained on our servers after the response is returned. We do not view, share, or sell your documents.
Exception to the above. The optional, Pro-only "Chat with your PDF" feature is the one place a document leaves our servers. When — and only when — you explicitly consent on each session, the PDF you choose and the questions you ask are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (the Claude API) to generate answers. Anthropic processes that content under its own terms and, per its API policy, does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models. We do not store the document, your questions, or the AI's answers after the response is returned; the conversation lives only in your browser tab. The feature is off by default and never used for any other tool on this site.
If you create an account we store your email address and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password in clear text.
We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to enforce fair-use quotas, and a long-lived identifier cookie for guests to apply guest limits. For guests and free accounts we display third-party ads, which may set their own advertising cookies. Paid (Pro) accounts see no ads.
Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your full card details. Advertising is served by our ad partner subject to their own privacy policy. Each is responsible for data they collect.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the contact address below.
